Theodore "Pirate Ted" A. Johnson

Theodore "Pirate Ted" Allen Johnson, 71, of Coos Bay died May 8, 2025 in Coos Bay. Burial has been held at Ocean View Memory Gardens, Coos Bay. A celebration of life will be announced and held at a later date.

Ted was born March 6, 1954 in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada the son of Eric Burton and Mary Kathleen (McLauglin) Johnson.

Ted was a 1975 graduate of Marshfield High School which was very dear to his heart throughout his life. He worked as a custodian for School District 9 and was a long-time member of the Star of Hope family. Ted could be seen throughout the years on his bicycle wearing his Marshfield letterman's jacket. 

He is survived by his immediate and extended family and friends.
