Mr. Heinz Boynton

Heinz, a Black Lab and Dalmation mix was taken to the Coos County Animal Shelter by a neighbor after his owners moved and left him tied up in the yard. He was adopted by Tom Boynton and re-named Mr. Heinz where he became the Coos Bay Chapel greeter when people brought in their pets to be cremated after their passing. He was between 5-7 years old when adopted and lived to be about 12-14 years old. He did not like to swim but rode on the raft at the Rogue River every summer. He had many friends and brought joy to many especially Tom. He was a good dog and is missed.
