Michael Lewis Fisher

Michael Lewis Fisher was born on April 17, 1955 in Longview, Washington to parents  Guy Vernon Fisher and Blanche Irene      ( Kadlec ) Fisher. He passed away peacefully on January 15, 2026 in Portland, Oregon.

A proud graduate of Marshfield High School, Michael enlisted and served in the Oregon National Guard. Michael worked in the equipment rental and service industry for many years and also for Coos County. Mike enjoyed outdoor life, fishing, camping, and recreational activities of southwest Oregon.

Mike was an avid fan of Oregon Duck football and attended many games. He had a deep love for animals and a favorite pastime was long walks with his dogs. He enjoyed kite flying, microbrewing, landscaping and hanging with friends.

Michael is survived by six siblings; Dessa Hager, JoAnn Caudle, Candy Alvarado, Curtis Fisher, Mark Fisher and Joe Fisher.

A private graveside service was held at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Coos Bay. A service of Remembrance will be held and announced later in April.
