A memorial service to celebrate the life of Jean Ann Waggoner, 89, of North Bend, formerly of Coquille, will be held at a later date.
Jean Ann Waggoner was born on May 28, 1936 in Indiana, Pennsylvania to Ralph and Frances ( Pavlock ) Stiffler. She passed away peacefully at her residence at Inland Point Assisted Living in North Bend, with her daughter, Linda McNabb at her side.
Jean met her late husband, Howard of 41 years through a mutual friend in Dallas, Texas where they married and lived for many years before retiring to Coquille, Oregon, Howard’s hometown. Jean has four children; Three stepchildren; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Jean was an amazing homemaker and enjoyed a long career as a real estate agent and broker. Her passions were interior design and many varied crafts including ceramics. Acrylic painting on canvas was a huge passion and part of her life for a long time, winning many awards over the years, culminating in 3 blue ribbons and 1 red ribbon at this year’s Coos County Fair in Myrtle Point.
