Conrad Michael Womack was born February 13, 2019 in Bend, OR, to his parents Reuben Womack and Kelli Collatt. He had been a fighter since the moment of birth. He was in the NICU for over 3 weeks, and was 2 months old when he was diagnosed with a very rare genetic disorder called MECP2 duplication Syndrome. At this time only about 1,000 children, the majority being males have been diagnosed.
Conrad through his innocence and pure smiles and cuddles brought many people joy and peace. He will be missed more than he could ever imagine. He passed away May 5, 2022 at Lower Umpqua Hospital in Reedsport.
Conrad is survived by his mom and dad, Reuben and Kelli; his sister, Kylee Womack; grandmother, Trisha Womack; grandfather and grandmother, Randy and Lori Bennett; uncles, Toby and Shea Womack and Gavin Bennett.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Robert Womack; great-grandparents, Larry and Shirley Phillips; uncle, Jim Collatt, and his very first pet, his German Shepherd, Molly, who only died shortly before Conrad’s passing.
