Candice Marie Pennington

Candice Marie Pennington, 46, of Coos Bay, was born March 4, 1979 in Coquille, OR, and passed away April 4, 2025.

A Celebration of Life will be held May 24, 2025 from 2-5 P.M. at the North Bend Community Center, 2222 Broadway, North Bend.

She is survived by parents, Denise and Richard Pennington; son, Austin Hales, daughter-in-law, Caela Hales; granddaughter, Ellie Hales; sons, Jarred Hales, Connell MacKendrick; sister-in-law, Jenna Hazard; nephew, Jeremiah Hazard.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jebediah Pennington.

She loved everyone in her life: family, friends, coworkers. She worked for Safeway for almost 30 years, always keeping people in her thoughts & prayers. She loved music and to sing, animals, children, and holidays too, oh and her duck Mandy.
