Baxter .

Baxter passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family and in the arms of his best friend, Jordan, November 22, 2024.

He was born June 2, 2010 and was adopted by his forever family in August 2010 - when he was spotted by that best friend at an adoption event hosted by FOCCAS. He was so excited to come home to a house with two boys (Jordan & Ethan) who would become his best buddies, teaching them what it means to have unconditional love; a dog.

In 2017, our family was rounded out with twins (Gage & Gabriella) and he instantly took on the role of protector- watching their every move and ensuring their safety. He also never missed the opportunity to grab any falling or low hanging snacks.

Our love for Baxter was immediate - and everyone who met him loved him instantly. He loved riding in the truck, big runs at the beach, his brush-brush, cuddles, snacks and sharing his paw. More than anything and above all; Baxter loved his family. He was there through so many milestones for us all- new beginnings, joy and a sense of comfort through heartache and big changes.

He will be forever missed and remembered for being the ultimate best friend- leaving behind a fierce love, which never wavered.
