Sandy was born July 3, 1949 in Newburyport, Mass. to James and Loretta Palm. 

Sandy loved family, friends, beach life, painting, yard sales, and real estate… spreading love while enjoying good times. 

Sandy is survived by her husband, Robert Foster; sisters, Judy, Tracy, Lois and Lynn; brother, Jimmy; son, Jeff; daughters, Cris and Marci; eight grandchildren; five nieces; one nephew, and a multitude of friends.

She made the world a better place, now the heavens share her grace.

A very special thank you to hospice!

At her request, no public services will be held for Sandra Lee Foster, 68, of Coos Bay.  Private cremation rites were held at Ocean View Memory Gardens in Coos Bay.
