A memorial service for Leila Patricia Brownson, 82, of North Bend will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 16 at the North Bend Church of Christ, 2761 Broadway Ave., with Pastor Bryan Johnston, officiating. A potluck will follow in the church fellowship hall. Private cremation rites were held at Ocean View Memory Gardens in Coos Bay.

Leila was born Jan. 23, 1935 in Wheeler, Mont., to Paul Charles and Madge Rose (Morris) Holliday. She passed away at her home in North Bend, Dec. 7, 2017.

Leila is survived by her son, Clifford Brownson of North Bend; daughter, Leila "Diane Brownson of Spanaway, Wash.; sons, Darrel Brownson, and Rowdy Brownson, of North Bend; daughters, Kelli Brownson of North Bend, and Traci Ringle of Wichita, Kan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Wallace Brownson.
