A memorial service for Kim Byan Sacket, 62, of Coos Bay, will be held from 2 p.m.-5 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 20 at South Coast Hospice, 1620 Thompson Road in Coos Bay. A reception will follow from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. at Dave’s Pizza, 740 Koos Bay Boulevard in Coos Bay. Private cremation rites were held at Ocean View Memory Gardens in Coos Bay.

Kim was born Feb. 23, 1955 in North Bend, the oldest of five, to Marvin and MaDonna Sacket. He passed away Jan. 6, 2018 at his residence in Coos Bay.

Kim was an avid hunter and he loved to fish. He would quit a job for either! His house was always busy; friends and family were always welcome.

He will be remembered for his laugh and the way he treated his friends. Kim will be missed by all.

Kim is survived by his wife, Lora; children, Jason, and Jeremy; step-children, Benjamin, David, Kimberlee and Natalie; fifteen grandchildren; brother, Kory; and sisters, Kay and Keri.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and MaDonna; and younger brother, Khris.
