No local services will be held for Helen Betty Ramirez, 91, of Coos Bay, who passed away June 13, 2017 in Coos Bay. Private cremation rites were held at Ocean View Memory Gardens in Coos Bay. Arrangements are under the care of Coos Bay Chapel, 541-267-3131.
