No public services will be held for Frances Opal Cooley, 95, of Coos Bay, who passed away July 1, 2017 in North Bend. Private cremation rites were held at Ocean View Memory Gardens in Coos Bay. Arrangements are under the care of Coos Bay Chapel, 541-267-3131.
